This place was perfect for what we needed.
All the staff was knowledgeable, settled my issues. Loved the good standard and extremely pleasant classic double room with the hot tub on top and the way it was setup. I had a generous and above average breakfast on the terace, the food was outstanding.

room didn't look like a single, a double, gave plenty of room to walk. bathroom, fabulous, classy details like slippers and water available. I asked them for a take away breakfast because I had to go to the airport early and they gave it to me without any problem, with many little things inside. At the same time, they took care of getting me a quiet room as I had requested. breakfast place is very nice and products are of high quality.
External noises could be heard because although the room is double glazed, it cannot isolate from all the noise of the crowd of people or the gondoliers who pass by singing or shouting. Anyway, at night you rest well because the activity takes place during the day. The bathroom was constantly noisy so I had to close the room. I wish the towel dryer had worked.

The room itself was good but I must say that I expected it to be more luxury by the stars. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was great. The breakfast was also great.
The hotel was very difficult to find if you tried to find it by foot. The sign is too modest. The bathroom had a broken sink, but it was fixed as soon as we mentioned it, there were also ants in the bathroom.

Excellent location in the heart of Venice. Just one step out the door and you can plunge into the romance of Venetian life. Cosy internal garden. Traditional design in Venice style. Rooms with canals view. Possibility to get by taxi directly to the Hotel. Friendliness of the stuff...
Absence of bathrobes and slippers, brushes for footwear and clothing...

Well situated at 2mins walking distance from San Marco in middle of shopping district. Number of rooms overlooking one of the canals. Junior suite on 2nd floor, spacious, nice bathroom. The room needs to be refreshed (walls and carpet). Idem for the hotel. Friendly service in breakfast room. All-in-all excellent hotel view its situation.

Perfect for a Family with children
The breakfast was delicious, offering everything from fresh fruits to pastries, enough to feed a family of hungry kids! Plus, the location was a dream, right by all the hotspots, made getting around super easy.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, worth every penny.

Exceptionally comfortable and brilliant hotel located in a very quiet area just off next to canal with own dock to enable taxis to pickup as well as all the restaurants. Luxurious room, with a luxurious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Early check-in and exceptional customer service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Stunning and awesome location, a few steps away from a cathedral church.

During the reservation, mentioned that it was our honeymoon. The staff left a bottle of champagne, a tart and a note in the room to welcome us. The hotel was a little more expensive but well worth it. Very convenient location! to shops and major sights.
